Client Success Manager

Onspring is seeking energetic, intelligent, client-focused individuals who want to be part of a high-growth technology company, based in Kansas City. The primary objective of the Client Success Manager will be to nurture relationships with existing clients to help them fully engage and realize maximum value from their Onspring investment. This role works closely with our Sales, Services, Training, Support and Product functions to ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout all stages of the client journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advocate and champion for Onspring clients
  • Focus on consistent improvement of the following metrics:
    • Client satisfaction
    • Client engagement
    • Net promoter score (NPS)
    • Renewal rates
    • Reference calls
    • Lifetime value
  • Develop individualized plans for client success
  • Identify risks or threats to client success and develop plans to correct or mitigate those risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
  • Recognize and develop opportunities for new business within our existing client base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and Onspring
  • Develop communication plans for each client and follow them faithfully
  • Actively promote training opportunities and Onspring events to ensure client engagement

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years in a client-facing service or support role
  • Creative, analytical thinker who is adept at troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Strong background developing relationships with clients, especially at higher levels of the organization
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SaaS experience

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at Onspring develops net-new business for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience. We’re looking for top performers to join our team. If you believe you have what it takes to be the next top sales person, we’re the place for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new sales opportunities
  • Provide (or rapidly develop) expertise within the industries and functional domains we serve
  • Build close-knit, trust-based professional networks
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Engineering to rapidly transform opportunities into sales
  • Deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Meet or exceed team-developed goals
  • Participate in industry and company events
  • Maintain a strong personal and professional work ethic

Skills & Experience:

  • Domain Knowledge: Audit, IT & Enterprise Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Vendor Management, GRC, SOX
  • Strong presentation and personal communication skills
  • Track record of recent sales achievements

Travel: Less than 40%
