Sales Development Rep (SDR)

Onspring is seeking high-energy, intelligent, revenue-driven sales and business development individuals who want to be part of a high-growth company, based in Kansas City. The primary objective of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be to research and identify target companies and then spend time on the phone with them, qualifying and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make purposeful, daily outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospects to initiate and nurture meaningful business relationships and to uncover new opportunities
  • Coordinate efforts with the sales team on a weekly basis
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Onspring solutions, industry trends and competition
  • Work in the Onspring CRM for all activities and manage weekly reporting on progress
  • Conduct pre-call research to gather company and contact intelligence
  • Consistently meet goals for lead qualification and new opportunity creation
  • Work closely with the marketing department to support marketing campaigns in conjunction with your own sourcing of leads
  • Contact, qualify and manage inbound website leads
  • Work with sales leadership and other resources to meet or exceed company revenue goals

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager at Onspring develops net-new business for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience. We’re looking for top performers to join our team. If you believe you have what it takes to be the next top sales person, we’re the place for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new sales opportunities
  • Provide (or rapidly develop) expertise within the industries and functional domains we serve
  • Build close-knit, trust-based professional networks
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Engineering to rapidly transform opportunities into sales
  • Deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Meet or exceed team-developed goals

QA Analyst

The QA Analyst is responsible for testing all the aspects of the Onspring platform, both functionally and technically, in order to validate that it meets documented requirements and overall quality and performance standards. This role works collaboratively with our Product Management and Development teams to ensure quality and integrity in all features developed for clients, partners and internal use.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Test new Onspring platform features
  • Document best practice testing processes
  • Perform regression testing
  • Create regression test plans
  • Perform test automation scripting

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Validate and troubleshoot data issues and system errors and provide guidance directly to the development team
  • Provide guidance on methods and tools to monitor and ensure stability of the system
  • Assist with server maintenance, patches and upgrades
  • Understand and monitor network performance, traffic and memory usage
  • Assist with internal and external security settings (firewall maintenance, vulnerabilities, etc.)
  • Promptly and accurately respond to customer support requests via email, phone, chat and web meeting

Skills & Experience:

  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies preferred: MongoDB, ASP.NET MVC, IIS, Couchbase, Elastic, Cloudflare
