SoftwareReviews Top Performing Governance, Risk & Compliance Quadrant Results

2022 ranks Onspring #1 for the third year in a row

There was some exciting news for our Onspring community, the kind of announcement that, as a client-oriented company, we strive to achieve—recognition that is at the heart of who we are as an organization. SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group Inc., published its 2022 Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Data Quadrant report, naming Onspring as a gold medalist in GRC and the top leader in the category. The best part is that Onspring won the award because of our customers’ responses—real users giving feedback.

About the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant

SoftwareReviews annually recognizes outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users. Top vendors in a software category are eligible to receive Data Quadrant gold medals, provided their scores meet the threshold for sufficiently high user satisfaction across four areas of evaluation:

  1. Vendor capabilities
  2. Product features
  3. Likeliness to recommend
  4. Vendor experience

Onspring’s GRC Solution Suite met those thresholds, as scored by its customers.

“Client Success is an easy job when our clients help us succeed,” Sarah Nord, manager of Onspring’s Client Success team, said. “I think this honorable recognition says just as much about them as it does us.”

The indicators that separated the Gold Medalist winners from others in the category were strong product features and high vendor experience and capability scores. Onspring has also been featured for several years as a Gold Medalist in the Emotional Footprint category, which demonstrates a software’s ability to help solve business problems while providing an exceptional user experience.

“There is nothing more powerful or honest than the voice of the customer,” Onspring’s Founder and CEO, Chris Panteanius, said of the award. “SoftwareReviews requires a LinkedIn profile to ensure vendors cannot vote for themselves or disparage competitors’ offerings, and it takes no money from vendors to determine these rankings. Instead, they rely exclusively on the customer’s voice — the true experts who use, and dare I say, stake their careers on the success of these products every day.”

By collecting real data from IT and business professionals, SoftwareReviews’ methodology produces the most detailed and authentic insights into the experience of evaluating and purchasing enterprise software.

“Onspring is honored to be recognized as the Leader in the Governance, Risk and Compliance category by Info-Tech for the third year in a row,” Mark Scheinkoenig, Onspring’s VP of Sales, said.  “We are especially proud of our 96% rating for ‘Likeliness to Recommend,’ as this is a testament to the value our clients receive from using our software and our commitment to the overall client experience.”

Taking care of clients is a lost art with many companies today. Receiving an award strictly based on the client’s voice is validation that Onspring is doing things the right way.
