Onspring 101 & 201 Admin Training

101: New Admin Training

This training course is for administrators who want to understand the fundamental building blocks of the Onspring platform. The class includes guided instruction, demonstration and hands-on labs.

101 Agenda:

  • Business apps (fields, objects and layouts)
  • Reports (data display, filters and charts)
  • Dashboards (reports, work queues and action buttons)
  • Surveys (question types, branching logic and campaigns)
  • Access control (users, groups and roles)
  • Visual workflow (defined stages for content review)

Onspring 101 is available as a dedicated class at the client location or as an open class at Onspring’s training facility. Each participant will receive a hard-copy Onspring Administrator Training Guide.

201: Advanced Admin Training

This training course is for administrators who want to master Onspring’s advanced automation features. The class includes guided instruction, demonstration and hands-on labs.

Prerequisite: Onspring 101 or Web Training

201 Agenda:

  • Onspring logic (operators and conditions to drive system actions)
  • Triggers and outcomes (record creation, content display, setting or filtering values, and more)
  • Data import (file prep, field mapping and data rules)
  • Formulas (functions and operators for calculating values)
  • Dynamic documents (template configuration, embedded documents and output types)
  • Messaging (email content, recipients and rules)
  • Content security (record-level permissions and inheritance grants)
