Onspring Connect FAQs
What’s included in my registration?
Your registration fee covers all sessions, materials, meals, snacks and entertainment. Airfare, hotel and ground transportation are not included.
Who should attend the workshops?
The hands-on workshops are for Onspring admins who have some experience with platform configuration. If you’ve attended one of our training classes or have configured apps, reports and dashboards for your organization, you’re a perfect fit!
Who should attend the user conference?
Whether you’re an Onspring admin or end user, you’ll fit right in. You don’t need any specialized knowledge of the Onspring platform to have a valuable conference experience.
What about CPE credits?
If you would like to submit the Onspring Connect workshops and user conference for CPE credits, we will be happy to provide a certificate of your participation. Onspring Connect includes up to 20 hours of educational content, depending on your level of participation. Please contact your account manager to request documentation.
What if I can’t attend the entire event?
We’re happy to have you at Onspring Connect, even if you can’t attend from beginning to end. We will video record all presentations and will make the videos available only to the Onspring user community. If you miss a few sessions, you can catch up later at your convenience.
How can I get involved as a speaker or panelist?
If you’d like to showcase your Onspring solutions or share your client experience, let us know! We’d be happy to explore speaking opportunities that best fit your comfort level and the overall conference agenda.
What should I bring to Connect?
If you’re participating in the workshops, you’ll need a laptop and charger. For the user conference, all you need is a smartphone to join our online Community. We will provide conference materials, notebooks, pens and as much coffee as you can drink. (You’re also welcome to bring a laptop or tablet if you prefer to take notes digitally or if you need to get some work done during the conference.)
What’s the dress code?
Dress code? No such thing. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. We recommend dressing in layers since summer weather in Kansas City is variable. We’ll do our best to keep internal temps at comfortable levels, but it’s always smart to bring a light jacket, just in case.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
You bet! When you register, please let us know your needs (i.e., dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies, etc.). We’ll work with our caterer to ensure that you’re covered at every meal.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your registration for a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. Or you can transfer your registration to a co-worker from your organization at any time.
